Pilates for Back Pain Retreat - 18 - 25 May, 2018
[Re]treat your back to some care and attention and a little time away from the daily routines and habits that may even contribute to your aching back.
Join us for a springtime break on the Greek island of Kythira, with osteopath Jessica and orthoPilates coach Alex.
You will have an osteopathic assessment on the first day followed by morning Pilates classes, sunset release and relaxation classes as well as private daytime sessions to address your particular aches and pains. There are cars laid on for you to explore the island and take walks among the spring flowers, or go for a dip in the blue ocean.

We offer both public classes and private coaching at Beginner or Intermediate levels. We also hold specialised classes for those recovering from injury, illness or surgery, for those dealing with perennial back pain, and for senior age groups and special populations.

Body Control Pilates is renowned as a world-leading education provider for Pilates teaching. Our education curriculum is internationally renowned and our membership body for Body Control Pilates teachers is the largest professional Pilates organisation outside the USA.
